  134. Select this option to lay a temporary grid over your
  135. picture. This helps in aligning components of the picture
  136. and symmetry. The grid will not show up in the finished
  137. picture. When GRID is selected, you will be asked for a grid
  138. size. The measurement is the space from one pixel to the
  139. next. It is hard to see clearly through a grid of 3 or 4,
  140. but one of 100 pixels between dots is not much help for most
  141. alignments. 10 is a good general number to pick.
  142.      GRID is particularly useful for animation work, where
  143. the movement of an item must appear to follow a steady
  144. path.
  145.      You can save the GRID status to disk by selecting the
  146. SET option then selecting SAVE TO DISK. Next time you use
  147. this program, the GRID will appear on every picture.
